NAZA TTDI Puchong

NAZA TTDI Puchong, commonly associated with TTDI Dualis Puchong, was planned as a leasehold commercial/mixed-development project in Puchong, Selangor, by Naza TTDI. The original Puchong Site A masterplan covered approximately 14.24 acres, with an estimated 2.4 million sq ft gross floor area, envisioned to include shop offices, serviced apartments, retail space, education facilities and corporate offices. The first phase, TTDI Dualis Puchong, comprised 64 four-storey semi-detached shop offices on more than 13 acres of leasehold land, with approximately 8,587 sq ft built-up and 4,500 sq ft land area per unit; the phase was reported with a GDV of about RM250 million, while the broader project was estimated at RM1.2 billion. The development was designed as a modern commercial hub with wide frontage and flexible spaces suitable for F&B, retail, showrooms and offices, benefiting from access to Puchong, Bukit Jalil, Seri Kembangan and the wider Klang Valley.
