Kompleks Tabung Haji

Kompleks Tabung Haji, Kota Kinabalu is an institutional and hospitality development commissioned by Lembaga Tabung Haji and located along Jalan Sembulan, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Completed in 2000 and officially opened in March 2001.

Conceived as a multifunctional complex supporting Tabung Haji’s operations in Sabah, the development integrates institutional functions with accommodation, meeting, conference and event facilities. The complex comprises 108 guest rooms, a ballroom and multiple function facilities, enabling it to accommodate Hajj-related activities, institutional programmes, conferences, seminars, official gatherings and community events.

The project adopts a contemporary institutional architectural language, with its planning centred on the integration of diverse programmes within a cohesive development. Its continued use for government, professional and community events reflects the flexibility of the original programme and its role as a significant multipurpose facility within Kota Kinabalu. The hospitality component subsequently operated as TH Hotel Kota Kinabalu and is currently associated with Raia Hotel Kota Kinabalu.
