Enterprise 4 (Multimedia Centre), Technology Park Malaysia (now MRANTI Park)

Enterprise 4, originally developed as the Multimedia Centre within Technology Park Malaysia, is one of the landmark commercial and innovation buildings in Bukit Jalil. The building was conceived to support the emerging technology and knowledge-based industries of the late 1990s, providing flexible office and business spaces within the wider technology park.

Architecturally, the building expresses a strong institutional and contemporary character through its geometric massing, extensive glazed façades, articulated entrance volumes and carefully composed structural elements. Its combination of solid façade panels and expansive glazing creates a distinctive balance between solidity and transparency, reflecting the building’s original role as a technology-oriented workplace.

Completed around 1999–2001, Enterprise 4 formed part of the development of Technology Park Malaysia as a national hub for technology, research and innovation. The project was subsequently recognised with a Mention Award at the PAM 2002 Awards for Excellence in Architecture.

Today, the building continues to form part of the evolving innovation ecosystem at MRANTI Park, where it is known as HIVE 5 (Enterprise 4). Its continued use demonstrates the adaptability and longevity of the original architectural and planning vision established for Technology Park Malaysia.
